- Manage and offer administrative support to order desk sales and supply chain functions in the territory.
- Responsible for Parts Demand Planning and Forecasting.
- Oversee warehouse operations bonded and non-Bonded with outsource Warehouse facility
- Responsible for setup and management of VMI agreement with Customers
- Coordinate Freight / 3PL for local and international deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with customs, import and export requirements.
- Manage ERP implementations parts module accuracy – pricing, bin locations etc.
- Manage Backorder and expedite critical Parts for customers
- Support dealer parts inquiries and orders with NIL.
- Coordinate all logistics and delivery to customer Mine sites
- Responsible for parts account receivable to customers.
- Support in Supplier quality issues and claim handling.
- Responsible for processing and issuing parts order confirmations with NIL.
