Responsible for assisting with the operation and support of Core Systems, such as Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, M365 Administration, On- Premises Microsoft Server platforms, and other Core Systems. Performs common daily tasks, including monitoring/responding to ticketing requests, responding to system alerts, processing access control requests, new user creation, documentation with or without the direction of senior team members, and other routine work as directed by the Core Systems supervisor.
