Position Summary:

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Pompano Beach, FL that is a leading global aerospace manufacturer that specializes in the design and production of aircraft, aerospace equipment, and systems. With a rich heritage dating back to 1863, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the aerospace industry. We are looking for experienced A &P Mechanic/Technician who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!

The A &P Mechanic/Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, inspection, and modification of aircraft and aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations and company's standards of quality and safety.

Essential Functions:

  • Able to use FAA-approved data, i.e., IPC, AMM, OHM, CMM, etc., proficiently.
  • Performs airframe, powerplant, and propeller repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements
  • Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing aircraft systems
  • Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems, using approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer or FAA
  • Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment
  • Completes all required maintenance records as stated in Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals
