Job Summary:
To layout, install, repair, and maintain plant electrical systems.
Job Responsibilities:
• Installs low voltage electrical power distribution, lighting, and signaling
systems in accordance to the National Electrical Code.
o Verifies that medium and low voltage electrical protective devices are
operating safely.
o Able to read complex electrical plans, and installs electrical distribution
as outlined.
• Locates electrical malfunctions in plant power distribution equipment and
electrical wiring.
o Understands the use of a wide range of test equipment.
o Safely makes repairs to malfunctioning electrical distribution equipment.
• Uses lift equipment or ladders to access overhead equipment.
• Responsible for quality of own work.
• Performs other duties as required.
