Lead Valve Technician

The Opportunity
Tundra Process Solutions is currently seeking a Lead Valve Technician - based out of our Fort St John Branch. Do you eat, sleep and breathe valves in various varieties? Are you a self-starter that has the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly? If yes, then you might just be who we're looking for.
The Role
- Field servicing of Ball and Gate Valves
- Repairs and inspections of Choke and Control Valves
- On-site and over the phone/email troubleshooting for clients
- Repair of ESD Valves and Components
- In-house repairs to Manifold Valves, Actuators and ANSI Valves
- Pressure Testing
- Forklift Operations
The Candidate
- At least 2+ years of industry experience in the Oil and Gas Sector
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Lives Tundra Core Values
- Experience in pressure testing is preferred
- Valid Forklift Operations Ticket
- Experience and training in both Hoisting and Rigging
- Small Crane Certificate is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
- Must be local to the Fort St John area or willing to relocate

Compensation:
$33-43 per hour. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
