Job Description

** Role**

デジタルマーケティンググループにおけるオムニチャネルスペシャリストは、配属先のSquad（チーム）において、下記のような業務を主に担当・リードする。実際に関与する業務内容は、配属先のSquadのその時の優先事項によって決まる。

· 各種オウンドメディア（患者向けサイト、医療従事者向けサイト、採用サイト）のプロダクトマネジメント及び、デジタルマーケティング戦略の策定・実行

· コンシューマー向けデジタルマーケティングチームのリード並びにアクションの優先順位の設定

· アクセス解析や顧客フィードバックなど各種データの収集・分析や、ユーザーインタビュー等により、カスタマーインサイトを見出す。また、それに基づいた戦略策定・実行・評価を行う

· グローバル本社と密に連携を図り（英語）、新規ソリューションの開発や導入、サイト/システムの運用・保守・ガバナンスを行う

** Experience**

· 自社Webサイト/デジタルプロダクトの企画・運用経験（必須）

· 10年以上のデジタルマーケティング（SEO, CRO, GEO, 各種ペイドチャネル, ABテスト）の実務経験

· データ分析に基づく課題抽出と施策の企画立案・効果測定（PDCA）の実務経験

· HTML/CSS/JavaScrip/Pythonなどの知識・実務経験

· デジタルマーケティングソリューションまたは分析ソリューションの導入・設計・運用の経験

· （オプショナル）医療用医薬品に関して医師向けのプロモーションに使用させる様々なチャネルの特性の理解

·

** General Skills**

· 国内並びに海外で勤務する様々な役割のメンバー（マーケティング担当者や、データサイエンティスト/アナリスト、IT担当者、営業推進担当など）で構成されるクロスファンクショナルチームをリードすることができること
