JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinates all operations related to Coiled Tubing in Oilfield Services.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
• Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via
personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical
support.
• Ensures that all Coiled Tubing equipment is in a state of readiness to
provide the customer with a high quality service and obtain the maximum life
span of the equipment.
• Performs QA/QC and HSE inspections/audits of equipment and job site.
• Analyses non-conformance reports, equipment maintenance reports, etc. and
initiate or recommend corrective action.
• Verifies all relevant activity documentation and advises/suggests to Team
Leader, Coiled Tubing the modifications on actual procedures and/or new
procedures to enhance and guarantee quality standards.
• Visits customer location/offices and participates on the planned meetings.
• Ensures timely action is taken to eliminate any non-conformances and their
root causes. Follows up and closes out any existing non-conformances.
• Monitors daily progress of jobs and projects.
• Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
• Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity
Management codes of practice.
• Handles special projects, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• 10 years’ experience in an oilfield operations environment.
• Good Knowledge of Computer software skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Ability to use highly specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and
techniques in problem recognition and solution development
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
