Job Description
The Veterinary Sales Representative (VSR) builds and maintains professional relationships with veterinary doctors, and distributors in the central/northern region of Czechia to support partner business growth and meet sales objectives. The VSR delivers expert support on disease prevention and treatment and assists other business needs while ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Sales: Meet or exceed territory sales targets; build and sustain customer trust and loyalty; manage company resources efficiently

Customer management: Deliver tailored, scientifically sound interactions (business hours and meetings); drive customer satisfaction and long-term professional relationships; process commercial documents (rebates, discounts, paybacks); liaise with wholesalers on customer requests and complaints; communicate scientific messages consistent with marketing

Territory management: Analyze and prioritize opportunities; use pre/post-call data, market research and CRM to create action and call plans

Administration: Record activities and meeting notes in CRM; submit expense and adverse event reports; monitor monthly sales results and adjust activities; safeguard company assets (car, phone, PC, promo budget)

Teamwork: Report market and competitive feedback; collaborate with manager on strategy and tactics; maintain professional competence through training and share best practices; participate in additional assignments as needed

Compliance: Ensure all activities follow compliance and the code of conduct
Requirements

Master’s degree or relevant experience
-
Minimum 2 years' field sales in animal health or related industry

MS Office and general IT proficiency

Native Czech and intermediate English(oral and written)

Team player who can work autonomously

Able to travel within the region
