Lifecycle Growth Manager

at ORA GROUP

About ORA

At ORA, we believe that healthcare should be accessible, convenient, and deeply personal. We are building a modern digital experience that enables patients to access care on their terms, delivering high-quality, specialised treatments for chronic conditions.

As a vertically integrated telehealth platform founded in 2020, ORA is Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital health provider. We operate a shared core technology and services layer that powers our demographic-focused digital clinics across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with additional regional markets launching soon. Our growing portfolio of healthcare brands includes andSons (men’s health), OVA (women’s health), and Modern Molecules (online dermatology).

We are backed by a $10M Series A funding round, the largest investment for any digital health organisation in Southeast Asia, and we are expanding rapidly to unlock our next phase of growth.

Who This Role Is Best For

You are a curious problem‑solver who thrives on using data, AI, and experimentation to unlock growth opportunities. You’ll succeed if you’re motivated by asking “why” until you uncover the real drivers of patient behaviour and enjoy building scalable solutions that improve retention and lifetime value.

  • Analytical Thinker: You love turning complex datasets into clear commercial insights.
  • Innovator: You’re excited by AI, automation, and experimentation to drive measurable impact.
  • Commercially Driven: You focus on outcomes that increase retention, reduce churn, and grow revenue.
  • Collaborative: You work seamlessly with Product, BI, Growth, and Marketing teams to solve problems.

Responsibilities

As Lifecycle Growth Manager, you will own the commercial performance of ORA’s customer lifecycle, designing and executing strategies that maximise patient lifetime value.

  • Analyse customer behaviour, cohorts, and funnel performance to identify conversion and churn drivers.
  • Build automated lifecycle journeys across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in‑app messaging using AI and marketing automation.
  • Design experiments to improve patient behaviour through messaging, timing, incentives, and service improvements.
  • Create dashboards and reporting to monitor lifecycle metrics including activation, retention, adherence, churn, and LTV.
  • Automate manual workflows using AI, CRM platforms, and no‑code tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role is suited for candidates with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for solving problems with data and technology.

  • Background in analytics, economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus but not essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, or Klaviyo (can be learnt on the job).
  • Excellent written communication skills, with ability to create personalised communications at scale.
  • Highly organised, commercially driven, and comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with BI, Product, Growth, and Marketing teams.

Our Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility

At ORA, we believe that diverse perspectives build stronger healthcare outcomes. We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment where all individuals are treated with respect, fairness, and dignity. We welcome applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds, irrespective of race, ethnicity, gender, age, or religion.

We are also dedicated to providing a fair and accessible recruitment process. If you require any reasonable adjustments or support during the application or interviewing stages, please let us know so that we can accommodate your needs.
