Product Manager – Data Management

Join us as a Product Manager – Data Management on our Product Management team in Glil Yam to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you'll achieve

As a Product Manager – Data Management , you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development and delivery of enterprise-scale data management and AI/MLOps capabilities within a data-intensive platform. You will work with customers, partners and cross-functional product, engineering and architecture teams to deliver innovative solutions that enable data-driven decision making and accelerate AI adoption across the organization.

You will:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for data management and AI/MLOps capabilities, from ideation and prioritization through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, engineering and architecture teams to define requirements and deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap execution for large-scale data platforms and enterprise-grade products.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value and technical feasibility.
• Leverage AI technologies and agentic workflows to drive innovation and improve product outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership with a proven track record of managing complex software products.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/MLOps platforms, data management solutions or large-scale data platforms.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluent English proficiency.

Desirable Requirements

• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Experience utilizing advanced AI tools and agentic development methodologies within product development environments.
