Equitable Advisors is seeking a driven and forward-thinking Talent Sourcing Strategist to join our Wealth Management Early Career Recruiting team. In this role, you will lead centralized sourcing strategies across a national footprint, partnering closely with branch leadership to identify and attract top early-career talent. You will play a key role in shaping the future of recruiting by integrating innovative sourcing techniques and leveraging emerging AI technologies to elevate candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes.
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic sourcing, data- driven decision-making, and brand storytelling to deliver high-impact recruiting results at scale.
This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding,customer ‑ focusedservice during our core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
**What You’ll Be Doing **

Partner with Complex leadership to understand each branch’s unique talent needs and identify priority sourcing markets, including targeted university pipelines

Leverage national recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and others) to proactively source high-quality candidates and deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads to hiring managers nationwide

Implement and optimize emerging AI-driven recruiting tools to enhance pipeline velocity, improve candidate targeting, and drive more efficient, high-impact sourcing strategies

Customize and refine outreach strategies to align with targeted talent segments, increasing candidate engagement, response rates, and interview conversion

Elevate the Equitable Advisors brand through strategic national recruiting campaigns, both virtual and in-person, strengthening market presence and employer brand recognition

Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate lead quality by source, continuously refine sourcing strategies, and inform future investment decisions
The base salary range for this position is $57,397 - $94,705. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
