Sales Assistant (20hrs) - Marks & Spencer St Brelade

This role needs someone flexible to work 20 hours per week, over 5 days, predominantly 4-8pm or 4.30 -8.30pm but may change to meet the needs of the business

• Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points
• Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy
• Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
• Have great product knowledge
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
• Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
