**Department of Celtic Studies & Departent of Music - Part Time Instructor Position **
The departments ofCeltic Studies andMusic at St. Francis Xavier University invite applications for a part-time position as an instructor of the course Celtic Music which is to be taught in the fall semester in the 2026-2027 academic year (the term will begin on the 2nd of September). **This position is subject to final budgetary approval
Applicants will have at minimum a master's degree in a closely related field, potentially with expertise in Celtic Studies, Folklore, and/or Ethnomusicology. St. Francis Xavier University, located in Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral and and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq people.
