Elections Coordinator (Special Project Worker)

Under the direction of the Division Director, an assistant director, or manager within the Elections Division, this position is responsible for coordinating and supporting a variety of activities during an election cycle, along with other support staff, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Distinguishing Characteristics: This is in an Administrative Support series of job classifications. Applicants work under supervision performing administrative and support duties. This position requires a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the department, including evenings, early morning, weekend and holiday hours during peak election periods.
