We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling payables and receivables, processing payroll, and supporting financial reporting and budgeting activities.

Work schedule : Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST

Location : EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and track expenses efficiently.
  • Prepare and process payroll, including all related financial calculations (ADP experience preferred).
  • Monitor and maintain internal tracking of expenses, budgets, and project-related costs.
  • Generate basic financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
  • Assist with additional reporting, financial analysis, and other accounting-related tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • Prior experience in accounting, financial management, or similar roles (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and payroll systems (ADP preferred).
  • Experience working with the U.S. market and/or construction industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
