Located in Southwest Wyoming along the I-80 corridor near Evanston, Bear River State Park is one of our state's smaller parks but has an abundance of recreational, educational, and natural resource opportunities for visitors. The park is home to a small captive herd of North American Bison and three Rocky Mountain Elk bulls for viewing, a Visitor Center with an array of visitor information, spectacular taxidermy displays, herpetology exhibits, and a small gift/souvenir shop.
