With a robust client base in Texas, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and detail- oriented HVAC Service Coordinator. If you're a dedicated professional with a strong background in HVAC and/or Construction service coordination, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic company poised for growth.

Key Duties

  • Professionally receive service calls from customers and create work orders in our software system.
  • Manage prioritization of repairs while optimizing technician assigned routes to align with job requirements.
  • Thoroughly communicate with the customer and technician and keep both up to date with current situation.
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule service agreement inspections and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain on-call schedule for service and after-hours service support.
  • Reviews completed work orders for accuracy.
  • Order and track parts needed and schedule accordingly.
  • Manage unfinished work orders and drive them to completion.
  • Communicate issues with Service Manager and Field Lead.
  • Adhere to Service Department SOP’s at all times.
  • Occasionally handle office administration tasks.
