Summary: The Massage Therapist is responsible for client satisfaction by providing competent and professional service and massage therapy at The Spa atacac.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Performs professional massage therapy ensuringacac’ s standards of excellence are upheld
- Gathers complete and accurate information on new spa patrons
- Keeps comprehensive and professional notes of services and treatments provided to members
- Restocks and dispenses supplies and products to members and guest
- Consistently reviews and updates knowledge of Spa services, products and offerings
- Ensures that treatment room and work space are clean and neat at all times, performing proper clean up and restocking at the end of each service
- Follows all current sanitation standards for service implements
- Ensures that assigned shifts are covered before taking leave
- As needed or requested, assist the spa receptionist
- Ensures ongoing familiarity withacac programs
- During any down-time on shift, promote the acac spa and services throughout the club
- Training provided by acac ; maintain current certification for the duration of your employment
