Sr. Specialist Process Development (m/f/x)

What awaits you:

  • Drive the development and industrialization of molding and downline processes for Pentatonic products, ensuring readiness for high-volume serial production. Lead cross-functional efforts to optimize process performance, cost efficiency, and product quality.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for Pentatonic customer programs.
  • Ensure robust design-for-manufacturing principles are applied from quotation through to industrialization.
  • Support the feasibility study (quotation team) as SPOC and as manufacturing specialist.
  • Architect innovative and cost-effective manufacturing solutions from raw material handling (magazine/silo) to final pack-out.
  • Use simulations and physical trials to validate concepts and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Define sampling objectives and lead structured experimentation (e.g., DOE) to refine process parameters for series production.
  • Develop and validate optimal machine setups and downline equipment configurations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Develop and define process trainings for our manufacturing facilities.
  • Present key findings, risks, and recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Influence strategic decisions for successful project execution.
  • Guarantee adherence to all Kautex standards.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of global standards based on LL.
