This is skilled work in the safe and efficient operation of heavy and specialized equipment used to maintain assets associated with the Flood Control Project and Stormwater Management System. Occasionally, this position may direct a small number of laborers assigned to the completion of specific tasks. Work is performed independently, but under the general direction of a supervisor. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kansas Class B CDL with both air brake and tanker endorsements.
