Compliance Specialist

E-invoicing is reshaping how companies manage their financial operations — and the rules around it keep evolving. As a Compliance Specialist, you're the one who keeps track of what applies, where, and when.

The role spans technology, regulation, and operations all at once. That means staying on top of regulatory requirements across different countries, making sure ONESOURCE Pagero and our partners meet those requirements, and building the processes that allow us to grow into new markets without losing our grip on compliance. You'll need to be comfortable with structure — but also with navigating an environment where things move fast.

Thomson Reuters is one of the world's leading information companies and runs ONESOURCE Pagero — a cloud-based platform that helps businesses around the globe manage technology and regulatory requirements across the full financial chain, from order to payment. This role sits in the team that makes sure the platform and our partners stay compliant as e-invoicing regulations continue to evolve worldwide.

About the Role

  • Build and maintain compliance processes that ensure ONESOURCE Pagero and our partners meet local regulatory requirements
  • Follow up to make sure we and our partners stay compliant over time — driving self-assessments and audits when needed
  • Work closely with internal teams to pick up regulatory changes and identify areas for improvement
  • Own and update the registry of e-invoicing compliance requirements across all relevant markets
  • Keep track of local partners and document how they hold up against applicable requirements

About You

Skills and qualities:

  • You like things to be organised — and you can keep multiple plates spinning without losing the detail
  • You have strong skills in maintaining structured documentation, requirement registers, audit trails, process documentation, or control frameworks
  • You communicate clearly and build trust, whether you're talking to a technical colleague or an external partner
  • You like to work with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, product, engineering, operations, and external partners
  • You thrive when the pace is high and you know how to reprioritise without losing focus
  • You have an eye for detail and keep your documentation and records in order
  • Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
  • Swedish or EU citizen

Nice to have:

  • You've worked with ONESOURCE Pagero or similar e-invoicing solutions, ideally in an operational or administrative role
  • You have experience working in a global or multinational context
  • You're familiar with how e-invoicing regulations work in one or more countries
  • You’re familiar with compliance audits, internal controls, or third-party risk management
