About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to drive new business
growth across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll
providers, and benefits brokers. Reporting to the Head of Business
Development, you will own enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting
through close, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and represent
Addition Wealth across the market. This role is ideal for a high-performing
individual contributor who thrives in complex sales cycles, is excited to
spend significant time in the market, and can build momentum through
conferences, events, and direct industry engagement. This is a high-impact
role with the opportunity to help expand Addition Wealth’s presence across the
financial services landscape.
