WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Company LinkedIn Page:
• Own the editorial calendar, content pipeline, and creative output for RateGain's LinkedIn page
• Drive follower growth through organic strategy, engagement campaigns, and community management
• Ensure every post reflects RateGain's brand voice — sharp, credible, and
jargon-free
Track performance metrics and iterate relentlessly based on data
Company Instagram Page:
• Manage RateGain's Instagram presence end-to-end: feed, stories, reels
• Build a distinct visual identity and content rhythm suited to Instagram audiences
• Identify content formats and storytelling hooks that travel well in the hospitality/travel tech space
Founder's LinkedIn:
• Ghost-write and manage LinkedIn content for the Founder — thought leadership, industry commentary, company milestones
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to his strategic priorities and public appearances
• Coordinate closely with the Founder and his office; fast turnarounds are expected
Social Media Campaigns:
• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns tied to product launches, industry events and business objectives
• Bring creative campaign ideas to the table proactively don't wait for a brief
• Align campaigns with broader marketing goals and measure their impact rigorously
PMM & Marketing Team Support:
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers across products to amplify product stories on social
• Provide social strategy, copy, and creative support for product launches, campaign activations, and lead gen initiatives
• Be a reliable, fast-moving partner and not a bottleneck
Communications Team Support:
• Work in sync with the Communications team on press amplification, crisis communications, and brand reputation on social
• Coordinate social activity around investor announcements, earnings releases, executive appointments, and media placements
Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across functions — Product, Sales, HR, Investor Relations — and across regions (APAC, MEA, Europe, Americas)
• Proactively surface social opportunities from stakeholder conversations, not just inbound requests
• Be the person who walks into a room (or a call) with ideas, not just a to-do list
Design & Creative Collaboration
• Work very closely with the Design team on creatives, short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics
• Brief designers clearly and own the feedback loop you are the bridge between brand and social
• Hands-on proficiency in Canva is a must; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus
• Comfortable shooting, reviewing and directing video content
CXO Engagement
• Partner directly with CXOs and senior leadership to develop their social voice and executive presence
• Comfortable walking into a senior leader's office to discuss content strategy, capture a moment, or get a quick approval
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive content go without saying
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Skills
• 7–9 years of social media management experience, with a clear track record of owning brand channels (not just executing tasks)
• Deep, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn; content strategy, analytics, follower growth, executive ghostwriting
• Strong Instagram presence management experience
• Proven ability to work with and write for senior leaders and C-suite executives
• Canva proficiency is non-negotiable; Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is a plus
• Solid understanding of social media analytics platforms and performance measurement
• Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in tech, SaaS, or travel/hospitality
• Excellent written communication
