Position Summary:

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Wichita, Kansas that is one of the world's largest manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jets. With expertise in aluminum and advanced composite manufacturing solutions, the company’s core products include fuselages, integrated wings and wing components, pylons, and nacelles.

The Human Resources Support professional provides administrative and operational assistance to the Human Resources department. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, compliance documentation, and general HR functions to ensure efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity
  • Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports while understanding and managing the relationships between internal and external Human Resource Information systems
  • In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies
  • Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures, especially as they relate to employee services(e.g., nonmonetary recognition, work-life balance initiatives, etc.)
  • Is familiar with policies and procedures, surveys and market data, employee data, laws and regulations, labor and collective bargaining agreements, business plans, labor forecasts, recruiting data, and business principles, as they relate to personnel matters
  • Collaborates with other employees of the human resources organization to analyze and design processes and systems to effectively attract, reward, and motivate the company workforce
