Inputs property information in computer system using GIS mapping, Multi list programs and apex property sketch software; updates data and values on properties and defends values in property appeals. Background or interest in real estate or construction helpful. Training is provided and paid for by Assessor’s office with the goal of obtaining Colorado Appraisal License. High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competency w/ MicroSoft computer and mapping programs required.
