Software Manager | Transition into Data Engineering

We’re looking for experienced engineering leaders, especially those with strong backend or full-stack backgrounds, who are excited to step into the data space and help teams build modern, data-driven solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for managers who want to evolve their careers and bring their leadership, delivery, and technical expertise into modern data platforms and large-scale data initiatives.

As part of this opportunity, the role includes an initial structured training and ramp-up period focused on modern Data Engineering tools, practices, and ecosystem knowledge, including technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and other key components of the data stack. This onboarding is designed to help experienced leaders build domain-specific knowledge and transition successfully into data-focused projects while leveraging their existing engineering and management foundation.
