The Management Analyst 3 serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager by leading and supporting operational and business process improvement initiatives across Iowa Prison Industries (IPI). This position is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring statewide policies, procedures, work instructions, and standardized workflows related to the use of the Global Shop Solutions (GSS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
