What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional support through phone and email communications.

- Collaborate with suppliers to review artwork, proofs, and project materials while ensuring compliance with client requirements and brand standards.
- Coordinate the approval and processing of project deliverables.
- Take ownership of customer and vendor requests, proactively identifying solutions and escalating issues when needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and exceed client expectations.
