*About the Role*
We are seeking a dynamic *Area Sr. Director, Sales to lead and inspire a high-performing regional sales team across the West region of the United States*. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and maximizing adoption of NeuroStar technology throughout the territory.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building high-impact teams, developing strategy, and cultivating meaningful customer relationships. This is a highly visible leadership role that partners cross-functionally to support business growth, operational excellence, and compliant execution.
*What You’ll Do*
- Lead and execute regional sales strategy across the *Western U.S. territory* to exceed revenue, capital equipment, and utilization goals
- Develop and implement business plans to drive market penetration and profitability
- Partner with executive leadership to set quotas, manage forecasts, and optimize pricing strategies
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of sales leaders (ASMs, SAMs, RPMs), driving accountability and performance
- Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve performance, and allocate resources effectively
- Spend significant time in the field supporting customer engagement, deal strategy, and team development
- Build and strengthen key customer relationships while identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, and Operations to support business objectives
- Lead performance management, including reviews, coaching plans, and hiring decisions
- Manage regional budgets, expenses, and compensation strategies in partnership with Sales Operations
- Represent the region in sales meetings, leadership updates, and strategic initiatives

- Proven success leading sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Experience with sales planning, forecasting, quota setting, and incentive design
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High integrity and commitment to compliant business practices in a regulated environment
*Preferred Experience*

Experience in healthcare or medical device sales, particularly within:
gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, dermatology, oncology, or similar settings -
Background supporting new product launches or therapeutic programs highly preferred
*Compensation & Benefits*
- Salary range starts at $180,000+** depending on experience and qualifications
- Eligibility for variable compensation tied to performance against defined sales metrics
- Total compensation structure is designed to reward strong individual and team performance
- Comprehensive benefits package

- Ability to travel up to 70% across the Western region
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
