Plumbing Foreman

*Job Summary:*

ACI Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead, train, and guide our plumbers in the field. This individual is expected to oversee operations and ensure the crew is prepared and given the resources to succeed.

*Duties:*

• Display knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes
• Ability to read plans and specifications and ensure compliance with water, waste, and vent systems with contract documents
• Layout and coordinate plumbing installation
• Complete measurements in the field for duct creation and installation
• Schedule and organize materials needed in the field in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years managerial experience in the plumbing field
• OSHA 10, 30 are not required upon application, but will be required after hire
• Driving record meets company requirements
• Successful passing of pre-employment drug screening required

*Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:*

May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, loud noises, and more within OSHA standards when visited the jobsite. Employees may be exposed to outdoor conditions that include inclement weather such as heat, humidity, cold, wind, and dust. May be expected to carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long periods of time, walk for moderate-to-long distances on varying surface conditions, climb, crawl, crouch, reach, grip, push, and pull without issue.
