Job Description:

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and drive portfolio strategies for the CHK area based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities to support sustainable growth.
  • Lead product portfolio management across the full lifecycle, including new product introduction, portfolio optimization, and phase-out planning.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to develop value propositions, sales tools, and go-to-market plans that improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute area marketing programs and campaigns to increase market visibility, customer engagement, and demand generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with global/regional marketing, sales, supply chain, pricing, regulatory, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of portfolio initiatives.
  • Monitor key business metrics such as sales performance, profitability, market share, and portfolio health, and recommend improvement actions as needed.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in target industries, customer segments, applications, and channels within the CHK area.
  • Support annual business planning, forecast alignment, and strategic portfolio reviews for the region.
  • Ensure marketing activities and portfolio decisions are aligned with regional business objectives and global strategy where applicable.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, portfolio management, or related commercial roles, preferably in a multinational or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution.
  • Solid analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, customer-focused mindset, strong ownership and execution capability
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
