Job Summary
MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Task Order Manager ** to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. **The Task Order Manager is responsible for the planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders associated with the contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders.
- Coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
- Developing, modifying, and tracking schedules
Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience with responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders. This experience must be in a large commercial/industrial facility or at multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements.
- The Project Manager shall have a North Carolina General Contractor’s license.
- Must have experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
- Must have experience developing, modifying, and tracking schedules.
- Must be skilled with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Project.
