The Future Advisor Training Program provides a unique opportunity to explore the financial services industry through hands-on learning, mentorship, and professional development. Interns work alongside experienced Financial Professionals, gaining exposure to Wealth Management, Financial Protection solutions, and Estate Planning strategies while developing the skills and industry knowledge needed to launch a career in financial services. The program combines self-paced, virtual, and branch-based training to enhance professional development and industry knowledge.
This position offers an onsite work schedule, with 10 hours per week.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING **
- Assist financial professionals in preparing for client and prospective client meetings by conducting research, analyzing client portfolios, assessing client needs, and supporting the development of financial planning recommendations.
- Research financial markets, investment solutions, and industry trends to support client discussions and business development initiatives.
- Observe client meetings, presentations, and sales interactions to gain insight into financial advisory practices and client engagement strategies.
- Complete training on financial products, compliance requirements, industry regulations, and professional development topics relevant to the financial services industry.
- Contribute to market development activities through prospecting, networking opportunities, and collaboration with financial professionals and team members.
