Specialty Equipment Coordinator (2776)

We are looking to fill an Equipment Associate position based out of our Trainer, PA location. This person will be responsible for tracking and managing all equipment at the local refineries as well as the Trainer yard.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring equipment usage and availability
- Tracking and reporting all upcoming jobs and equipment needs
- Inspecting and reporting on the physical condition of equipment
- Coordinating with operations to ensure equipment readiness
- Maintaining visibility on refinery activity and upcoming projects
- Identifying and communicating any equipment or operational needs for the local refineries
This role will play a key part in helping us maintain organization, equipment accountability, and strong customer support within the refinery locations.
Qualifications
Clean MVR willing to travel from refinery to refinery in the tristate area.
