Lumino Botany is looking for a reliable full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team, working Monday to Friday! Lumino Botany is one of Lumino's most established practices, serving the wider community for over 18 years. Our highly qualified clinicians and experienced team work together to provide the highest standard of care to our wider community.

As a Dental Assistant, you will support a highly experienced team of clinicians. You will be assisting them with diverse and interesting dental procedures during patient appointments. You will also take responsibility for instrument sterilisation and infection control and also stock control. You will be required to help out at reception from time to time, so being a people person is essential.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience as Dental Assistant is essential.
  • Ideally, Sterilisation and/or customer-facing experience.
  • Qualified in sedation would be an advantage
  • Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid NZ work right and live locally
