Facilities/Equipment Maintenance Technician

Under general supervision, this position functions as a member of the maintenance department. Keeps all equipment within the facility working efficiently, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Responsible for detailed tool and supply inventories. Will maintain various logs, charts and complete purchase orders for materials used in the maintenance department. May be required, with proper training, to work in asbestos or other environmental issues. Shift work and call back work may be required. Performs related work as required.
