The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Senior & Long Term Care Division.

This position administers the objectives of Montana’s Community Services Bureau for the programmatic and financial oversight of the demonstration project. This is a grant funded position and is subject to renewal every two years.

This position plans, develops, implements and oversees the Money Follows the Person Demonstration Project targeted at developing and expanding improvement and access to home and community based care and Montana’s long term supports and services system of access.
