This home-based, full-time, permanent Medical Test Site Surveyor position is located within the Office of Health Systems Oversight in the Health Services Quality Assurance Division. Work may be performed remotely, from home, from the closest DOH facility, or an alternate location. Travel and field work is expected throughout multiple geographic areas in Washington State but primarily within the Western Washington region, specifically in the King, Pierce, and Thurston counties and will comprise approximately 35% of work time.
