Job Description
As a HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work in partnership with business leades to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. The HRBP will be accountable for driving key initiatives and projects in areas such as organization design, brand presence, diversity and leadership development.
This is a 1-year contract role.

Organization design and development : Recommend and review organizational design initiatives as per changing business needs. Assist with identification and delivery of key employee and organizational development initiatives

Talent management/succession : Advise leaders on the development of talent management and succession planning to enable business objectives and drivers

Workforce Planning : Support and implement outcomes that have been developed through the workforce planning process. Initiate and facilitate discussions with clients to review, develop and monitor workforce planning needs for the short term and long term through managing sourcing and selection of talent, development of people and transitioning to meet budgetary and headcount requirements

Employee Relations : Identify strategies and initiatives to facilitate positive employee relations to align with changing business objectives and drivers. This may involve supporting effective consultation and negotiation with key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes

People Management/Coaching : Provide people managers with effective leadership support and advice, in line with the applicable organizational design leadership behaviors

Performance Management : Support and coach managers with year-end reviews, priority setting and performance improvement initiatives/requirements. Support employee performance through the effective implementation of performance management, conflict and disciplinary procedures, as well as mitigate risk through effective guidance on performance management, settlement and grievance resolution

Culture and Change Steward : Lead the execution and championing of employee and organizational change management initiatives.

Employee Engagement and Experience : Identify and champion engagement and employee experience programs to support employee motivation, focus and retention and assist in building a robust employment brand and value proposition

HR Delivery and Systems : Provide appropriate support and advice

Project Management : Lead HR and manage initiatives/deliverables related to the local HR strategy. Support and participate workstreams deployed through the regional HR plan or global HR portfolio
Qualifications/Experience

Minimum bachelor's degree is required, perferably with advanced degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related HR discipline

Preferably 3-5 years in a similar role, with cross industry experience

Strong business consulting skills and ability to develop innovative and effective solutions/approaches to business and people leveraging insights from data analytics

Experience working in a highly-matrixed organization and networked teams to deliver results, is organizationally aware and able to network and build networks, both internally and externally

Demonstrate learning agility, is committed to personal self-development and is eager to learn, willing to share what they with others
