At Landisville Animal Hospital , our focus is on being a place of comfort for our clients and pets, in sickness and in health. We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Experienced Veterinary Assistant or Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative team and help us deliver exceptional patient care.

Whether you're an experienced Veterinary Assistant or a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT), you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to high- quality medicine. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
  • Safely restraining and handling patients
  • Collecting laboratory samples and performing diagnostic testing
  • Administering medications and treatments as directed
  • Preparing and monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures (within credentialing and state regulations)
  • Maintaining accurate medical records
  • Educating clients on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans
  • Supporting a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Preferred have at least 1 year of veterinary medicine experience
  • Dependable
