We’re seeking a skilled Support Analyst with hands-on experience in the Microsoft stack (.NET, AngularJS, Webforms, WCS), SOAP services , SQL , Jenkins , Camunda , PowerShell , and YAML. This role focuses on incident/problem resolution, impact analysis, release support, and application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Microsoft technologies
  2. Perform impact assessments, root cause analysis, and coordinate releases
  3. Develop automation scripts and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, PowerShell, YAML)
  4. Work on application enhancements and maintain documentation
  5. Support workflows and integrations using Camunda and SOAP services
  6. Run SQL queries for analysis and issue resolution

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years in support or application analysis roles
  2. Strong in .NET, AngularJS, Webforms, WCS, SQL
  3. Experience with Jenkins, Camunda, PowerShell, YAML
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
