We are currently searching for a full time customer service advisor to work in our fast-paced service department. As a service advisor with AC Nelsen RV, you help customers by assisting solving issues that they're having with their trailer, scheduling service appointments, and making sure that the customers are happy with the service that we provide. This position would also assist our service manager by:

• Answering service department phone calls, directs calls to correct person or department
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Create and maintain accurate customer and service records
• File warranty claims with manufactures & warranty companies in a timely manner
• Follow up on warranty claims to ensure prompt processing and payment
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates and claim status
• Support service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment
