Data Analytics Manager – Infrastructure Sustainability

Your role
Data Quality, Collection & Analysis
- Coordinate collection of environmental, energy, water, and related sustainability data from sub-regional and global teams.
- Validate, verify, and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all submitted data.
- Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, methodological weaknesses, or non-compliance with internal policies. Investigate discrepancies directly with data owners and ensure timely correction and prevention of recurrence.
- Provide analytical insights on sustainability KPIs, including energy intensity, carbon footprint, water use, waste reduction, and other material metrics.
- Support development of advanced data analytics toolsets including multi-factor regression analysis.
Operational Sustainability Support
- Translate corporate sustainability and energy objectives into practical operational guidance for site teams.
- Support implementation of energy-efficiency programs, water and emissions reduction efforts.
- Track and communicate progress against regional and global sustainability targets, providing operational input to regulatory filings where required.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across company to drive consistency and performance improvement, contribute to awareness sessions and workshops to strengthen the sustainability culture within the company.
- Communicate global sustainability KPI measurement requirements in consideration of local infrastructure and regulatory differences.
Regulatory Monitoring & Knowledge Management
- Monitor evolving sustainability reporting standards, regulations, and industry best practices including contributing to internal global policy development process in alignment with international standards.
- Assess regulatory impacts and recommend updates to reporting strategies and processes.
- Provide clear, practical explanations of complex r, new or changing regulatory and data requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management
- Act as a key liaison between Sustainability and Regional Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and other business functions, partnering with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Manage multiple concurrent deadlines across jurisdictions and time zones, ensuring accurate and assured deliverables including preparing concise reports and presentations for senior leadership summarizing performance, risks, and improvement actions.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a data-driven sustainability professional with experience managing complex environmental and operational datasets within infrastructure, data centre, or similar mission-critical environments. You'll have strong analytical capabilities, a keen eye for data quality, and the ability to turn sustainability data into actionable insights that support business performance and regulatory compliance.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Environmental Science, Energy Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in sustainability reporting, energy management, environmental data management, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, data analysis, and data visualisation.
- Experience working with sustainability KPIs, carbon accounting, energy efficiency metrics, and ESG reporting frameworks.
- Ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience within data centres or other critical infrastructure environments preferred.
- Experience with data assurance processes and advanced analytics techniques is advantageous.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

- Experience in data centers, industrial, utilities, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing third-party data quality assurance processes preferred.
- Experience working with major sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory disclosures.
- Experience handling large, complex datasets, including imperfect or incomplete data.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
