Special Investigator

at Codebase 8

Field Special Investigator

Davies Special Investigations (DSI) Claims Solutions UK & Ireland Home-Based with Extensive Field Travel Across the UK 37.5 Hours Per Week

Uncover the Facts. Protect Against Fraud. Make a Difference.

Every claim has a story.

Sometimes that story is exactly as presented. Sometimes it requires a deeper investigation to uncover the facts, protect businesses and ensure fair outcomes for genuine customers.

At Davies Special Investigations (DSI), we're looking for a skilled and driven Field Special Investigator to join our specialist team of fraud and investigation professionals.

This is a role for experienced investigators who thrive on gathering evidence, interviewing individuals, analysing information and uncovering the truth. You'll manage a varied caseload spanning property, commercial, motor, casualty and niche insurance products, using your expertise to support insurers and clients in making informed decisions.

No two days are the same. One day you could be interviewing policyholders and witnesses, the next conducting detailed evidence reviews, preparing comprehensive reports or liaising with law enforcement agencies where fraudulent activity has been identified.

If you're naturally curious, highly ethical and passionate about professional investigations, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Your findings will directly influence claim outcomes and, in cases where fraud is identified, may contribute to civil recovery activity or criminal prosecution.

This is a highly autonomous role offering the opportunity to apply your investigative expertise across a broad range of claims and industries while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based position.
