WLRC operates an Intermediate Care Facility and a newly constructed Skilled Nursing Facility and is excited to build our team of CNAs! WLRC has adopted the Greenhouse model of care which is based upon the values of, "Real Home", "Meaningful Life" and "Empowered Staff."
