Reporting to: Cluster Sales Manager- Cross Sell

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and Manage Sales Team in assigned locations.

· Achieve Business Target & Financial for Loyalty Personal Loans and other Product/ assigned responsibility that the company may enter.

· Managing a team of Sales Executives.

· Acquire and manage relationship with internal & External stakeholders, including TW dealerships, Used Car Teams, end to end co-ordination with the credit Teams, Operations Teams, Product Team for sourcing of Leads, Improvement of Existing processes, disbursements, Clearing of discrepancies.

· Maintaining the Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), Policies & Hygiene, laid down by the company.

· Controlling the FEMI of each Loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned Locations

· Ensuring TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience.

· Educate the customer specifically on not to bounce their EMIs.

· Manage all customer grievance / customer issues pertaining to loan disbursal.

· All responsibilities should be performed as per the company Values and guidelines mentioned in the company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.

· Focus on Digital Disbursement and process. Specially on E-mandate

Eligibility Criteria for the Role:

Experience:__ At least 3-5 Years of Experience preferable in Personal Loan with 1 year of Team Handling

Education: Graduate or above

Skills & Competencies:

· Working knowledge of MS Office

· MIS preparation & Management

· Co-ordination Skills

· Good communication

· Team Management

· Sales Management
