🦸‍♂️ About the role

As a GTM Lead , you’ll build and run our GTM motion from scratch.
You’ll work directly with the founders and own pipeline generation end-to-end.

🎯 Skills

• Must-Have Skills : You love talking to people, you’ve done B2B outbound, built pipelines, and managed CRMs.
• Nice-to-Have : experience in the EPC Industry, experience with AI automation.
• Experience Level : You’ve done GTM at a seed-stage startup.

⚡ What you'll do

• Talk to customers
• Book and qualify sales calls
• Build lead lists and prospect into EPC companies
• Run cold email + LinkedIn campaigns
• Set up and maintain CRM + pipeline hygiene
• Build automations to scale outreach
• Run growth experiments (conferences, ads, partnerships)
• Improve website messaging based on market feedback
