We are looking for a talented and proactiveWMS Super User Coordinator in Liscate.

This role is a key point of reference between Operations and IT, ensuring the efficiency, stability and continuous improvement of warehouse management systems while supporting daily operations and new customer implementations.

Your Responsibilities****

• Act as the site Super User for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications.
• Support warehouse operations by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolution activities with internal IT teams and external providers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity for warehouse operations.
• Manage and prioritize IT tickets, coordinating escalation processes when required.
• Support new customer start-ups, process improvements and operational change initiatives.
• Participate in testing activities, system upgrades, releases and new implementations.
• Analyze operational and performance data, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Act as the key liaison between Operations, Business Development and IT teams.
• Deliver training and support to end users on WMS functionalities and process changes.
• Support automation projects and future technological developments within the site.

What We Are Looking For****

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within Logistics, Supply Chain or Contract Logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Blue Yonder/JDA.
• Experience in application support, incident management and operational troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL or similar query languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment.
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.

Salary Package: €37,000 - €45,000 gross annual salary.
