As a Solution Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic Prospects and Customers. You will combine deep industry knowledge with technical expertise to design solutions that deliver measurable business value and transform how organizations engage with InGenius and Panviva as you partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end solution engagements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with customer executives and stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Design and deliver presentations, demos, and solution concepts that align InGenius and Panviva capabilities with Prospect outcomes.
- Clearly articulate InGenius and Panviva differentiation and advantages, ensuring customer confidence.
- Lead pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), providing technical guidance and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Act as an industry thought leader, shaping solution narratives with deep customer and market insights.
- Represent Upland at events, webinars, and executive briefings, showcasing innovation and value.
- Support pipeline generation through solution workshops, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to influence roadmap and deliver customer impact.
- Mentor junior SCs and contribute to the SC community at Upland, fostering an inclusive, learning-first culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, enterprise software consulting, or digital transformation roles (SaaS/cloud preferred).
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles (CxO, IT, and line-of-business leaders).
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
- Interest in AI, data, and automation and their impact on the future of work.
- Strong collaboration, time management, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of presales experience in SaaS (sales engineering, solution consulting, etc.).
- Vertical industry expertise (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
- Familiarity and experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and ecosystem products.
Base Salary: $90,000-$95,000

En tant que consultant en solutions, vous agirez comme conseiller de confiance aupres de nos prospects et clients les plus strategiques. Vous combinez une connaissance approfondie du secteur avec une expertise technique pour concevoir des solutions qui apportent une valeur commerciale mesurable et transforment la maniere dont les organisations interagissent avec InGenius et Panviva, en partenariat avec les responsables de comptes et les equipes transversales pour mener des engagements de solutions de bout en bout.
Responsabilit es primaires :
Diriger des sessions de decouverte avec les clients cadres et les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins et les priorites d'affaire.
Concevoir et diffuser des presentations, des demonstrations et des concepts de solution qui alignent les capacites d'InGenius et de Panviva sur les resultats attendus par les prospects.
Exprimer clairement les differences entre InGenius et Panviva et leurs avantages respectifs afin de gagner la confiance du client.
Mener a bien des projets pilotes et des preuves de concept (Proof of Concepts - PoCs) en fournissant des conseils techniques et en garantissant des resultats positifs.
Agissez en tant que leader d'opinion du secteur, en concevant des narratifs de solutions grace a une connaissance approfondie des clients et du marche.
Representer Upland pendant des evenements, des webinars et des reunions d'executifs pour promouvoir l'innovation et la valeur de nos solutions.
Soutenir la generation de marche via des ateliers de solutions, des propositions et des reponses aux appels d'offres.
Collaborer avec les equipes des produits, l'ingenierie et les partenaires pour influencer la feuille de route et generer un impact positif sur les clients.
Offrir du mentorat aux consultants juniors et contribuer a la communaute des consultants Upland afin de promouvoir une culture inclusive axee sur l'apprentissage.
Les imp eratifs :
Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans l'ingenierie des solutions, le conseil en logiciels d'entreprise ou les roles lies a la transformation numerique (SaaS/cloud de preference).
Excellentes competences en presentation, communication et narration; aptitudes a simplifier des choses complexes pour des audiences variees.
