Join our team in Amanpuri. Soundtracked by the whispers of coconut palms and the sighs of the Andaman Sea, Aman’s first resort, Amanpuri, presides over its own peninsula, promising guests space, serenity, an idyllic white-sand beach, exceptional restaurants and a Holistic Wellness Centre.

The Boutique Manager oversees the daily operations and commercial performance of the Amanpuri Boutique while delivering personalized service that reflects Aman’s standards of understated luxury.

The role manages sales, merchandising, inventory, consignment programs, purchasing, supplier relationships, financial administration, and guest engagement. The Boutique Manager also ensures that all products and displays reflect Amanpuri’s identity and sense of place.

  • Oversee inventory control, consignment programs, stock counts, reconciliations, invoicing, purchasing, and financial records.
  • Source and maintain relationships with suitable suppliers, artists, designers, and vendors that align with Aman’s retail vision.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping, including customs documentation, courier arrangements, and broker communication.
  • Prepare retail reports, monitor guest preferences, resolve concerns professionally, and collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Front Office, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique management, hospitality, or a related guest-facing role, with strong communication, organizational, commercial, and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique management, luxury hospitality, or a related guest-facing role.

  • Genuine appreciation for luxury fashion, art, jewellery, design, lifestyle products, and local craftsmanship.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, numerical, administrative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with point-of-sale and inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished presentation and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and special events.
